Forgiveness

Forgiveness

Forgiveness is something that can not be fully explained. No matter the offence you should always forgive. I have never really had to forgive some one for something that was a really big thing, but with THE LORD’S help I should be able to do so no matter what it is. CHRIST has forgiven us beyond belief. HE hung on a cross. Let me explain what that would feel like. I can not do so in reality because I have never been hung on a cross before but I shall try. Picture this; you are lying on a cross that is lying on the ground right now. Everyone is spitting and laughing at you. Suddenly a few people grab your arms then you legs. Then another man starts to hammer a nail through you hand.
Let me take a second to put some infuses on that. A NAIL BEING HAMMERED THROUGH YOUR HAND REALLY HURTS. I have not had one hammered through my hand but I had a screw go almost all the way through. It was not actually through HIS hands it was through hit wrists. Your hand will not hold you body wait if they are just nailed to a board. Let’s get back to the pain.
You are yelling and screaming for you life, you are praying to the ALMIGHTY LORD GOD. There is nothing you can do but sit there through the pain. Then they nail nother one through you other hand. The pain is just as bad, and now they start on you feet I am not sure how they de that but I am almost positive that is harts worse then the hands. Now comes the real pain they lift you up so that you are now being supported by the nails that are driven through your hands and feet. You can not breathe unless you pull yourself up by the nails that are driven through your wrists. Then suddenly you are stuck in the side with a spear. Here is a picture of what that spear most likely looked like.

Now if you can say that CHRIST has nut suffered greatly for your forgiveness then I think you need to spend some time with GOD. That is not even all of it HE did all this even though we sinned directly against HIM.

Well.......A post is way overdue. I have not gotten around to posting in a long time.

THE MOST POWERFULLY LORD AND MASTER.

Our GOD is amazing. He has power over everything that exists. here are some verses.

Dan 2:21-22
21 And he changeth the times and the seasons: he removeth kings, and setteth up kings: he giveth wisdom unto the wise, and knowledge to them that know understanding:
22 He revealeth the deep and secret things: he knoweth what is in the darkness, and the light dwelleth with him KJV.

He changes times and seasons, remover and setteth up kings, HE gives wisdom to the wise, and gives knowledge to those understanding. I am not sure what that last one means.

1 Chron 16:31-33
31 Let the heavens be glad, and let the earth rejoice: and let men say among the nations, The LORD reigneth.
32 Let the sea roar, and the fulness thereof: let the fields rejoice, and all that is therein.
33 Then shall the trees of the wood sing out at the presence of the LORD, because he cometh to judge the earth. KJV

Creation sings for him...I did not know creation could sing.

Job 12:23-24
23 He increaseth the nations, and destroyeth them: he enlargeth the nations, and straiteneth them again.
24 He taketh away the heart of the chief of the people of the earth, and causeth them to wander in a wilderness where there is no way. KJV

he has control over the nations, And of the hearts of the people.

GOD is AMAZING.

JOHN

Psa. 51:1 was the context of our morning Bible study today. It's one of my favorites, so we went ahead and read the rest of it too.

Psalm 51

To the chief Musician, A Psalm of David, when Nathan the prophet came unto him, after he had gone in to Bath-she'-ba

1 Have mercy upon me, O God, according to thy lovingkindness: according unto the multitude of thy tender mercies blot out my transgressions.
2 Wash me throughly from mine iniquity, and cleanse me from my sin.
3 For I acknowledge my transgressions: and my sin is ever before me.
4 Against thee, thee only, have I sinned, and done this evil in thy sight: that thou mightest be justified when thou speakest, and be clear when thou judgest.
5 Behold, I was shapen in iniquity; and in sin did my mother conceive me.
6 Behold, thou desirest truth in the inward parts: and in the hidden part thou shalt make me to know wisdom.
7 Purge me with hyssop, and I shall be clean: wash me, and I shall be whiter than snow.
8 Make me to hear joy and gladness; that the bones which thou hast broken may rejoice.
9 Hide thy face from my sins, and blot out all mine iniquities.
10 Create in me a clean heart, O God; and renew a right spirit within me.
11 Cast me not away from thy presence; and take not thy holy spirit from me.
12 Restore unto me the joy of thy salvation; and uphold me with thy free spirit.
13 Then will I teach transgressors thy ways; and sinners shall be converted unto thee.
14 Deliver me from bloodguiltiness, O God, thou God of my salvation: and my tongue shall sing aloud of thy righteousness.
15 O Lord, open thou my lips; and my mouth shall shew forth thy praise.
16 For thou desirest not sacrifice; else would I give it: thou delightest not in burnt offering.
17 The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit: a broken and a contrite heart, O God, thou wilt not despise.
18 Do good in thy good pleasure unto Zion: build thou the walls of Jerusalem.
19 Then shalt thou be pleased with the sacrifices of righteousness, with burnt offering and whole burnt offering: then shall they offer bullocks upon thine altar.
Psalm 51, KJV

It had been a while since I had read this Psalm, but it spoke just as loudly and clearly to me this morning as before.
When I commit a sin many times, I start to get the idea that maybe this time my sin was too great. I feel so terrible because I know how much it hurts my Lord when I sin that I wonder how He could forgive such a wretched sinner. So many times I asked forgiveness and said that I wouldn't do it again, but here I am, crawling back to His Mercy Seat, hoping with all my strength that He won't look at me and say, "Alright, Mary, this is it. You've told me countless times that you'd never do it again, but here you are. Well, I'm done forgiving you. Your sin is just too much," and banish me to eternal damnation. And you know what? He never does. That's right. Never. He always forgives me without thinking twice. He never even considers leaving me to wallow in despair because my sin was too great. Why? There's two reasons I think of immediately.
The first is, of course, salvation. I believe that Jesus Christ came into this world fully God yet fully man; lived a perfect, sinless life; died on the cross to take away my sins; rose from the dead; and ascended into heaven to sit at the right hand of God the Father therefore I am saved and going to heaven no matter how much I sin. (Read any one of the four gospels, Matthew, Mark, Luke, or John for more details on the life of Jesus.)

16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. -John 3:16

24 Verily, verily, I say to you, He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life.
- John 5:24, KJV

There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit. -Romans 8:1, KJV

12 Neither by the blood of goats and calves, but by his own blood he entered in once into the holy place, having obtained eternal redemption for us.
15 And for this cause he is the mediator of the new testament, that by means of death, for the redemption of the transgressions that were under the first testament, they which are called might receive the promise of eternal inheritance. - Hebrews 9:12,15, KJV

The second is sin can't be too great. God wouldn't be God if He could be defeated by sin.

18 To open their eyes, and to turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan unto God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins, and inheritance among them which are sanctified by faith that is in me. - Acts 26:18, KJV

3 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ:
7 In whom we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace; - Ephesians 1:3,7, KJV

Grace. It is by grace we are saved and by grace we are forgiven.

8 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:
Ephesians 2:8, KJV

Well, I could keep going on and on about this passage for a long while, but my time is limited. But there is one more thing I want to touch on before I wrap all this up.

16 For thou desirest not sacrifice; else would I give it: thou delightest not in burnt offering.
17 The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit: a broken and a contrite heart, O God, thou wilt not despise. - Psalm 51:16,17, KJV

If I am truly sorry for what I have done, God will forgive me. God wants me on my knees, giving it all to Him, my joy and my sin. He wants my whole self.

Alrighty, there's a cake to be baked, a shower to be taken, and more Bible chapters to be read. So I guess this is all for now.

Oh, y'all are probably wondering why I titled this post John. No, it's not just because I love my lil bro, but also because the English meaning of his name is "God is forgiving". The Hebrew meaning is "God is gracious".

Much love in Christ,

Charity

I've been reading 2 Kings, and today's chapter was 6. The first seven verses stuck out to me.

"1. And the sons of the prophets said unto Elisha, Behold now, the place where we dwell with thee is too strait for us. 2. Let us go, we pray thee, unto Jordan, and take thence every man a beam, and let us make us a place there, where we may dwell.
And he answered, Go ye.
3. And one said, Be content, I pray thee, and go with thy servants.
And he answered, I will go. 4. So he went with them. And when they came to Jordan, they cut down wood. 5. But as one was felling a beam, the ax head fell into the water: and he cried, and said, Alas, master! for it was borrowed.
6. And the man of God said, Where fell it? And he shewed him the place. And he cut down a stick, and cast it in thither; and the iron did swim. 7. Therefore said he, Take it up to thee. And he put out his hand, and took it. "
2 Kings 6:1-7, KJV, Life Application Study Bible

[Strait means small (v.1); shewed means showed (v.6); and swim means float (v6). Italics means the translators added it for further clarification.]

This specific story really got me thinking about just how much God cares for His children. Now just think, your friend lets you borrow his garden shears, and you drop them in the river by your house. "Great! Now I have to go tell Robert I lost his shears. And they were his favorite ones, too. I hope he doesn't cry." =D Suddenly, the shears reappear on the surface of the water. Now, we may think that God has much more important things to do than restore lost shears. I mean, He is God. I'm sure He's too busy saving people; enlightening believers; convicting those who are off base; healing the sick; keeping the solar system intact. You know. Important things. Uh ah Brother! Yes, those things are important, but God isn't to preoccupied with them to overlook the little things that mean a lot to us. (And therefore mean a lot to Him.) That's the beauty of God (well, part of it anyway). He loves us so much that He thinks even the most minuscule of things are very much important.

Well, that was just a thought I had. I hope it makes sense to y'all.

Your sister in Christ,

House

I have a prayer request!!!

Most of y’all know that we moved from Las Vegas, NV about a year ago. Well the house we owned there has not sold yet…….I guess I am getting ahead of myself. Here is the hole story……

……We moved from Vegas in late June. Richard Ziser our uncle and my parents had agreed that Uncle Richard would fix the house up while we still owned it and then we would sell it, get the money, and give my Uncle the amount he paid to fix it up and some amount more. I am not sure how much more that was. Then my uncle finished and we put the house on “The Market”. While we were down visiting we got some great news the day after we got there. Someone gave us an offer for the house, and then we took that offer. Well I guess it was not more than a week or two ago ( maybe less I really have no idea) the house was appraised for less then we wanted to sell it for.

So we need prayer that our house would sell and we would be able to buy a new one here we are currently renting the house that we lived in before we moved to Las Vegas.

HOPE
By Faith Brown
11/5/06

Right now I’m all alone,
And nothing clear is being shown,
How am I supposed to feel?
How am I supposed to deal?
Is the idea of getting better real?

But I must keep hope in Jesus Christ,
After all, for me, His life He sacrificed,
The love He shows is clear enough for me,
Although I can not see He has a plan for me.

Some day I will be with Him
He will for give all my sin,
That’s the hope I keep in my heart,
That Him and I will never part.

He will give me strength to get through,
When I just don’t know what to do,
I remember that one thing I can do is keep hope in Him who died for me.

I Hope this one was also Encouraging, I want you to know that these were/are my real feelings i wrote this in deep despair and sufferings. But God has blessed me and healed me even though i deserve Hell not healing. He is truly Merciful.

Your Sister in Christ.

Urgent Prayer Request

Some of you know that my uncle Dennis was diagnosed with cancer last week. He died Monday night. His three children are all married now leaving my auntie Gayle at home all by herself. It's gonna be a very rough road for her getting along without my uncle Dennis, so please keep her in your prayers. He did so much for her. Everything is going to remind her that he's not there any more.
He was a christian, so he's now in the presence of Almighty God! Praise the Lord that he's out of pain.
Thank you all so much for your prayers and support.

As for your poem, Faith, AMEN! That should be the desire of all our hearts.

poem i wrote

What is Life
By Faith E. Brown 6/11/06

Life: What is life but waiting for death, waiting for heaven,
And to be in the light of the Lord?

Life: What is life – sadness, crying, fear, frustration, darkness,
Fighting, pain, deceit, day after day.

Life: what is life? Yes, there are times of happiness,
Singing, friends, family, times of fellowship, sharing, dancing, laughing.
But what is life, really?

Life: what is life? Is it not God’s will for us to glorify Him alone?
For us to know that He is in control and we must trust in Him,
for He will take care of us.
Life: what is life?

Death, What is death? Fear, does not all fear come from fear of death?
But is death not leaving this world of evil to be with God?
And is that not a joyous thing?

I fear not, for I can’t wait for death. It’s not that I don’t want to live,
But that I want to be with God.
I wait, not in fear, but in delight, knowing some day I will be with the Lord.

I hope you are encouraged....i hope you understand this does not mean i want to die it just means i cant wait till i am with God!

Absolute truth

OK, a new post is well overdue. I have thought of something to post on.

"Absolute truth"

If there is no absolute truth, which is what most of America believes then anyone can believe anything.

Let me give you an illustration.

Bob says GOD is the true creator, but Frank says that the world was created by some totally random occurrence. Now both statements can not be true. Can they? They directly disagree.

Here is another one.

Bob, who believes in GOD, comes to a man that says that that you can get to heaven through any religion, which is in a tiny part true, and by good works, which is not even a teeny part true. Again both statements can not be true. can they? They disagree again.

Here is where thing get fun to try and explain.

The statement "there is no absolute truth" disagrees with itself. if there is no absolute truth than the statement "there is no absolute truth" can not be an absolute truth. Now haw dose that work? There can be absolute truth for me, and there can also be no absolute truth for you? That does not work!

Can my dog be sitting and laying at the same time? No!

I think I rest my case. Just be careful there are actually people that believe that, Like I said earlier, most of the America believes that.

this hole thing is from a book that my friend's mom was reading to us for there daily devotions called "Tearing Down Strongholds" I think. I revised it, made it my own, and put it in more simpler terms.

Quickie on the Holy Spirit.

Ok, This really is not Mary. This is Robert, a friend type person.

Let me start by saying that the few post that I have read are awesome and true! I am over filled with joy when I come here, knowing that the people that wrote those(Wrote them with God's help) are the same little people that I know and love.

I was reading the post below about obedience and noticed it went off into a bit of a discussion. The question that came up was "Does God Talk To Us?". Hmm... Does He..? I sure hope so, because if He doesn't then I have been listening to the wrong voices.

Lets start out by figuring out what the Holy Spirit is. John 14:16 calls the Holy Spirit "The Comforter" and that He will abide with us forever.

"John 14:16:And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter , that he may abide with you for ever;(KJV)"

Notice it says "another" comforter, I believe that the Holy Spirit is to us(Believers) what Jesus was to the Disciples in the Gospels.

Just like Jesus revealed things to His disciples, the Holy Spirit will do the same for us. My reasoning for this? Well, Jesus says that the Holy Spirit will reveal the things of Him.

"John 16:13-14
13 Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come.
14 He shall glorify me: for he shall receive of mine, and shall shew it unto you.(KJV)"

"John 14:26
26 But the Comforter , which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.(KJV)"

So, The Holy Spirit reveals the things of Jesus to true believers. What ever Jesus has spoken, He will bring to our remembrance, what ever Jesus will speak He will speak them to us. Jesus loved us so much that when He died He prayed to the Father to send us another like Him, But rather then being a sort of flesh and bones it was to be a "Spirit", a Spirit that would dwell in us, Forever.

Below is just a quick personal rant...

A quick thought just came to mind while John(John) was praying. Why should we pray to God expecting him to listen and at the same time, not expect him to answer, to speak?

Nowhere in scripture did believers stop receiving the Holy Spirit when we got the Completed works. Nowhere in scripture does God change the role of the Holy Spirit, it has been and still is revealing the things of Jesus. But, on the other side, the Holy Spirit also convicts us, We can grieve Him and since He lives in us we sense that feeling, Is that why Christians feel guilty when they do something against God's Word?

The Holy Spirit is a very important figure, would we all not agree? To say that God doesn't speak to us would be saying we don't need the Holy Spirit. Mary just provoked a wonderful though.

The Holy Spirit is our Comforter! He comforts us with the words of Christ, and Jesus and God are One.

John 15:26
26 But when the Comforter is come, whom I will send unto you from the Father, even the Spirit of truth, which proceedeth from the Father, he shall testify of me:(KJV)

John 14:17-18
17 Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you.
18 I will not leave you comfortless: I will come to you.(KJV)

John 16:8
8 And when he(The Holy Spirit) is come, he will reprove the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment:(KJV)

John 16:15
15 All things that the Father hath are mine: therefore said I, that he shall take of mine, and shall shew it unto you.(KJV)

OBEDIENCE

Obedience is something that everyone has a problem with no matter who you are. The only way you could obey all the time is if you were perfect, and guess what your not. It is definitely something that I really struggle with. It dose not matter if we do what people tell us to that is not obedience. Well that is part of it, but the main thing is our attitude when we do it.
Let’s use a classic. Your Mom asks you to take out the garbage. You do it but all the way down you car length long driveway you are mumbling ‘cause you were right in the middle of reading this great book, or you were right in the middle of trying to get away from Cross (that is his name right) in Need For Speed: Most Wanted. Well anyway you were not happy about having to take the garbage out. I think The BIBLE says somewhere to “do all with a joyful spirit” I am not sure though I could not find it.
Your attitude is not the only thing, there is also how long it takes you to respond. If I said “Hold on a sec I am right in the middle of gettin’ away from Cross,” to my Dad he would say something like “I am going to cross you if you do not take the garbage out.
Now here is the part that actually matters when you disobey anyone you are disobeying GOD. Something that is even worse then that is disobeying GOD directly if HE is telling you to go talk to that strange lookin’ being that is standing in the corner with a shotgun you best do it. I personally disobey GOD directly almost every time he tells me to do anything like that. It is not a geed thing but I do have a big problem with obedience.

O-B-E-D-I-E-N-C-E obedience is the very best way to show that you beveave........OK I will stop singing now.

Trusting

Why do we insist on doubting God? It's not like He's ever betrayed our trust, or failed to come through for us, so why do we expect Him to?
Because we are sad little creatures who cannot fully fathom how HUGE our God is!
But He still loves us! And that my dear ones, is just another thing we will never really understand. Why God loves a wretched sinner like me is incomprehensible.

I was always able to make it make sense, but using the excuse that God loves me because He's in me, and He has every right to love Himself.
But I was conveniently forgettting a key concept to the Christian walk.
Rom 5:8
"But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us."
Meaning Christ died for me, because God loves me, even before I was washed in the blood.
In a way I've always known that, but it washed over me anew recently, and I think it's a good concept to be reminded of.

I have a tendency to want to fix things, or at least help, especially where people are involved. I don't always get to do anything! Sometimes I just have to step back & trust God to handle whatever the situation is, because it is often beyond my control. And besides, He created the world, isn't He likely to know how to take care of it better than you or I?!

God bless you, as He blesses me through you!

HE is AWESOME!!!

The AWESOMITY of THE FATHER SON AND HOLLY SPIRIT, or THE TRINITY, is abundantly awesome. Just look at the world around you it is amazing and it is still not perfect. I do not know about all of you but I know what it is like to see some of the ugliness of this world. I lived in Las Vegas, NV other then all the filth and sin there is there, the dirt that surrounds Vegas called the desert can be quite perty at times, but there is a considerably large amount of it that is quite dull and bland at times. Just imagine standing and looking out over a big chunk of land that all you can see is dirt and some ugly cacti which is not always ugly when in bloom it is not ugly at all but quite the opposite, but just imagin that it is ugly when you are lookin' at it. Well then I moved to Washington where there is nothing but GREENNESS the best natural color on earth there are wield animals that are not donkeys or ugly li'l hairs. My mom said she was driving to work and on her way there she saw a herd of elk I do not know about you but I have not seen many elk. The trees and the mountains here are amazingly beautifully and GOD created them all.

HE is AWESOME!!!!

The reason I am stressing THE FATHER SON AND HOLLY SPIRIT is 'cause there are a lot of people that believe in a "part of GOD" or "a god" but do not believe in CHRIST or the HOLLY SPIRIT, I do not want people thinking that is me or any of y'all.

i love Revelations.

i just love Revelations, this is an awesomely beautiful description of our Lord.

"Then i turned to see that voice that spoke to me. And having turned i saw seven gold lamp stands, and in the midst of the seven lampstands One like the Son of Man, clothed with a garment down to the feet and grided about the chest with a golden band. His head and hair were white like wool, as white as snow, and His eyes like a flame of fire; His feet were like fine brass, as if refined in a furnace, and His voice as the sound of many waters; He had in His right hand seven stars, out of His mouth went a sharp two-edged sword, and His countenance was like the sun shining in its strength."

Rev 1:12-16.

Praises are good for the heart...

Ha! I actually have some useful information!

I was just out to visit the kids this evening & baby Hannah should be coming home tomorrow!
She is recovering fine from her surgeries & the doctors don't expect any problems, so she should be able to come home tomorrow afternoon-ish.

Please continue to pray for the family. As JohnJohn mentioned, Mr. Glenn is a Mormon, (however he doesn't regularly attend the "church" & he so far has been good about letting the older kids do as they wish), and we are all praying that the blessings surrounding little Hannah will be another evidence to him of our God's awesome power.

I also want to share a praise in how God is working in some of the other little kids lives in that household. Hannah's youngest older sister, (Heather is five), had a very heartwarming conversation with me this evening as I was helping her get ready for bed. She was sharing with me how God is stronger than Satan & will chase him away to keep her safe, and that God is big enough to squish the world, but He doesn't because He loves us all sooooo very much! (I wish you all could see the glow in her eyes when she's describing this!)
She also proceeded to remind me that God can easily hold the world in His one hand, and He likes to lean over & see all of His little children, and listen to the their conversations, like the one we were having at the time.

I can't tell you how much I love children!!!!!!!!
God is awesome & I needed that wow moment, so I hope you all find it encouraging as well.

God's unending love to you all!

Hannah

A friend of mine had a baby, named Hannah, on April first that had a heart problem and something ells was wrong with something but I do not remember what that was. Anyway she has had 2 successful surgeries and from what I understand she is doing perty well. I think they said that she may be able to go te here house in as soon as a weak. That is where I have been for the last weak. At their house helping with the kids and helping around the house. OK and playing the Xbox some. But anyway she is doing good so just pray for them and for their Dad he is not a Christian, he is a Mormon.

World Headquarters staff members of CEF, Neil and Rita Wockenfuss are in need of prayer. Before arriving in Haiti to teach a support raising seminar, Rita had been ill. Upon arriving, Rita became very weak and ill. They began to work diligently to fly her out of Haiti to a hospital in Miami. After some problems, they arrived in Miami at the hospital. The medical staff quickly began to work on determining the cause of the illness. It was determined that Rita has pneumonia and acute leukemia. Rita is very weak, on oxygen and unable to get out of bed. They hope to be able to return home to Missouri once Rita has stabilized. A tentative date has been set for Monday. Neil and Rita were unable to bring their suitcases from Haiti and they are hoping to salvage their plane ticket to use to come home. Please take a minute now to stop and pray for Neil and Rita. Thank you for adding them to your prayer list.

what i have been thinking about

What is life?
A thousand roads, a thousand ways
Why am I so afraid to move
I crossed the line
I'm stepping out so come what may
I give it all cause I'm drawn to You
As long as my heart is beating...

Where You lead me I will follow
Where You lead me I give my life away
Where You lead me I will follow
Forever and a day
Forever and a day

I can't deny Your very presence is my life
And why would I ever turn away
Cause deep inside I know that I cannot rely
On anything less than faith
As long as my heart is beating...

Where You lead me I will follow
Where You lead me I give my life away
Where You lead me I will follow
Forever and a day

This is all I'm dreaming of
To live completely in Your love
So this is life

Where You lead me I give my life away
Where You lead me I will follow
Forever and a day
Where You lead me I will follow
Where You lead me I give my life away
Where You lead me I will follow
Forever and a day
Forever and a day

1 Corinthians 13

1 Corinthians 13:4-7 KJV

4 Charity suffereth long, and is kind; charity envieth not; charity vaunteth not itself, is not puffed up,
5 Doth not behave itself unseemly, seeketh not her own, is not easily provoked, thinketh no evil;
6 Rejoiceth not in iniquity, but rejoiceth in the truth;
7 Beareth all things, believeth all things, hopeth all things, endureth all things.

Charity is another word for love, love is something that you need to have to be "right with GOD" so everyone needs charity.

Charity suffereth long which in essence means is patient, and patience is a virtue.

Charity Vaunteth not itself. Well that is something most people should know not to do, boast.

Charity Is not puffed up, being proud is not always a bad thing if you are proud of yourself it is but if you are proud of something that GOD has done then it is not a bad thing. being proud is
one of those thing that you really have to be careful of.

Charity doth not behave itself unseemly. Yes this is one thing that I am not so great with, being rude, I may not eat like a slob or act rude but I am verbally rude to some people sometimes. That comes from not thinking about what I say. Which is something that most people really really need too look out for.

Charity seeketh not her own. Huh...Is that supposed too mean that girls are more self centered? Personally I like the alternative word my bible has for it, Charity seeketh not its own, sounds uhh......more.......uhh.......never mind.
(I am not trying to disagree with the BIBLE here, I am just trying to putt it in words that make more sence).

Charity is not easily provoked, well that is self explanatory. If you have what love truelly is then you will not easily be provoked.

Charity thinketh no evil, well the notes in my BIBLE and I disagree here it sais that it means not to be resentful, but i think it means not to think any evil. I think that that the notes limit it to much.

Charity reajoceth not in iniquity, well personally I do not take joy in most of my sins, but there are some that you do and do not even know that you are sinning.

Charity rejoiceth in truth, Wow what more can I say?

Charity bearith all things, Bearith? Huh? What is the definition of bear according to my BIBLE-To suffer under the wight of. So I guess that means that to love you must suffer under the wight of all things.

Charity believith all things, this is a really good one and one that a lot of people have a hard time with.

Charity Hopeth all things, we should never lose hope. If you are struggling then never lose hope that those struggles will end.

Charity endureth all things, to live up to this one could be and is very hard for some people. Me, I have never really suffered too much. It is hard for my to imagine the pain that some people have which just makes enduring that much harder.

THIS BLOG IS NOT FOR MESSING ROUND ON THIS IS SERIOUS IT IS ONLY FOR THINGS THAT HAVE TO DO WITH OUR LORD GOD.

The firs among many GODLY posts

I am going to share with you some of the GOD glorifying things that have happened to me in the last 8 or 9 months.

Well first about 8 months ago my family and I moved back to Woodland, WA after living Las Vegas, NV (Sin City) for 8 years. Yeah that is definitely a praise it was hot and it is a very sinful place. You could not walk down the streets without looking at something you did not want to see, or here something you did not want to here. Well unless you lived in the up scale part of Veges that is.

Well...let us move on to something more.....better.

After maybe a month of living in Woodland I felt like had lived there all my life I never liked living in the city and woodland is not a city so I lave living here and it is not hot either......Well back to the praise. I felt like I had more friend in a month then I ever had in Vegas. I did have too leave a few really good friend.

OK...moving on now.

Skiing. That was definitely a GOD thing...I want skiing with some friend a few months back. Well while I was falling over on the slopes at some point in time I lost my wallet that had like $30.00 or $40.00, my ATM card, and some other stuff in it. Well I was all bummed and stuff so I prayed that I or someone ells would find and return it to me. I did not get it back that day. So one of my friend had to buy me diner that night. The next day my Mom got a call from the bank. They said something about a guy that had called and told them he found my ATM card in the wallet and wanted to know if he could get our phone number so my Mom told them that they could give him our number. They did, and he called us that day. So I ended up getting my wallet back.

OK now I am going brain dead I have been lookin' at this screen to long so I guess this is the end of this one, but I will never be done praising our holly LORD.

In HIS glorious name.
